Plenty of Sun between the clouds here today so I took the opportunity to catch this while waiting for the first coat of paint to dry.

That's right, I'm off work today and Mrs Legion has me decorating. :shock:

I was also out looking at the sunspot group yesterday.

Introduced my little lad to Solar observing (after about half an hour of you must never look at the sun lecture).

The group did look nice but I didn't have a lot of time to actually look at it. I think it'll be even nicer once it moves to ward the centre a little more...

Thats a lovely image btw, some good detail - quite a lot of detail for a sunspot that is actually quite small.
