In this months deep sky tour (sky at night mag) Steve suggests 2: Castor in Gemini and Iota Cancri in Cancer. The latter is apparently similar to Albireo in Cygnus as a nice contrasting yellow and blue double. I'll have a go at this months tour once I've managed to get the kids to bed ;-)

Near the bottom there's a paragraph starting "Forty binary and multiple stars for February". Obviously you'll need to check them out to find which are feasible viewing in your location with your scope.

I've just had a look at Iota Cancri in Cancer, another double very similar to Alberio.

Gamma Leonis is nice, as is Castor in Gemini already mentioned.
