MikeD
4 @ 15 Min's before the clouds stopped play. Two diffrent edits on this one.The first I haven't pushed as hard as I would like because of the lack of subs, keeping the noise down. The second pushed a bit harder but with more noise as a result.80ed and HX916(click to enlarge)(click to enlarge)

barkis
Yes you certainly have done a great job there Mike. Eerie but beautiful at the same time. It can't be easy extracting these ghostly wisps.I saw there was a 916 for sale on one of the marts, I thought to myself. Should I? but fear intervened and therefore I chickened out. Never tire of these types of objects, so please don't you tire of imaging them. Ron.

MikeD
Thanks for the feedback guys. I saw there was a 916 for sale on one of the marts, I thought to myself. Should I? but fear intervened and therefore I chickened out.Ron, go for it... The HX916 was my first 16bit cam and I have found it not too hard a learning curve, speaking of curves It can't be easy extracting these ghostly wisps.thats all it is mate a bit of levels and curves to bring out the detail.the biggest hurdle is guiding.Never tire of these types of objects, so please don't you tire of imaging them. No chance of that I have only be doing them for about 3 weeks.
