Hi all,

must admit that as much as I like observing I'm not too hot on knowing the sky. Saw Alberio tonight and wonded if theres any other easy doubles to spot in the skies this time of year?

Also anything else apart from moon/jupiter/saturn ?

Guess I'm always easily pleased with simple things like the moon and the planets.

Have also found andromeda, but no luck with the triangulum. Think LP is too poor here.

Google "SAC DATABASE" for an ultimate source of all deep sky objects, including double stars. All you have to do is use a planishere to see what constellations are presently visible and refer to the database for appropiate objects.
