HEQ5 rubber feet.

Has any one replaced the rubber covers on their heq5 tripod feet?. One of mine has come off so I was wondering if any one has found a replacement for these. My garden is block paved so I dont want the plastic feet to brake or wear out any ideas welcome.

Ditto here, I need one. IIRC someone used B&Q cabinet feet in place of them

They seem to tear and disintegrate pretty quickly so an alternative to the Synta versions may be an idea - all mine went a long time ago

You will have to excuse my limited knowledge of the size of the tripod foot, but in the past I have used walking stick rubber feet for various DIY projects and they come in a useful range of sizes from small to larger than your average large broom shaft.

12.5mm rubber chair "stoppers" do the trick nicely..takes a day or so for them to "mould" to the end of the tripod leg.

I got mine from the "local" hardware shop in Guildford - you may find them at B&Q.

Most hardware shops sell them, but if you want an extensive range of all types have a look at Lifeswonderful Ltd web site, or just Google Rubber ferrules you will be spoiled for choice

Well following on from this, I went for these off eBay

and think it's worked out rather well Word of warning, any feet that are still properly glued on, will need a strap wrench or similar to remove. (Unless you are stronger than me )
