swag72
Here is a sub for my M66 (Leo triplet) - It's a 420 sec sub, taken with a 1000D modded camer and a Astronomik clip in light pollution filter. The final version is a stack of 46 x 420s, 18 x dark frames and 33 x flats.
Digz
I think it is a great idea. To be able to see what to expect in a single sub will help beginners (like myself) know whats going on and what can be achieved.
spanky
I think this is an excellent thread. Here's mine.A single 10 min sub taken with my 150p and QHY8L camera (debayered and unstretched) at -25 degrees, and then 16 of them stacked and processed with flats and darks. Komet
Something I did years ago when I lived in Cumbria was to have live imaging showing on my website. This showed what the camera was capturing on a session. No real reason as to why ......I have recently got this up and running again at showing what the CCD is capturing and a rough stack of the data thus far.Lakestudio - AstroimagingClick on Live View
