The ringed one... in 3x Barlow

Hi all

My second attempt this year at capturing 'the one' again in my 3x barlow. Yes I did remember to set it to 640x480 res this time round

Anyways, pleased with the image... even though using a 3x looses a bit of brightness/colour when compared to my 2xbarlow 2006 effort

Toucam, 3x barlow, 120mm frac. 500 of 1000 frames stacked in registax. cropped a bit in PSP

A great image edit... can you remember what settings you changed ?

I used Curves to brighten the image and reveal the false colour (blue/magenta) then used Hue/Saturation to isolate and remove it. I then noticed a green cast so used Hue/Saturation again to isolate and remove that.

That was more or less all that was required
