Saturn - a decent image at last!

Mak 127 with diagonal removed, Tal 3x barlow and Atik Titan. 200 x 0.08 sec subs captured at around 2fps. Stacked Registax 6.

Umm, yes shorter exposures don't seem to do as well.....I've tried but the image has always been too dim with Saturn this time - still experimenting though....same with the higher frame rate - just gave me a blurry image.......

It's a good image. Try a 2x barrow at 10fps. I've had no success with 3x with the current seeing, Saturn isn't bright enough for me at 3x. I'll be saving the 3x for Jupiter and Mars later in the year.

Thanks for the comments! Here is a stack of the 100 best frames - seems to be a bit sharper than the 200 frame versions.
