cannot acess for sale section "never"

i used to be able to see it when i first signed up....

Like you said you have over 50 posts & have been a member since 2009 so something must be wrong or it might be you have to be a regular user to see the for sale section Mods will sort it out for you

The notice says it's automatic after a few hours, for me it was more like 24 hrs or so.

I have reported this to Admin for them to check your permissions, hopefully they will respond today.

All the permissions are correct - you do have access to the board.

Can you take screen grab of what you see and post it up?

Make sure you are trying to access the "For Sale" thread and not the "Buy/Sell" message thread at the top of that section
