All shots fuelled by Fry's Chocolate Cream bars which as we all know is Rich Dark Chocolate with a smooth Fondant Centre
I've been frugal with the chocolate of late
Good to see you out!
Definitely making the best of the human presence. I prefer the first image.
Nice work! Paul

Gorgeous!
Were you able to get a 13s image on a regular camera tripod Paul?Yes, static. A tad long for 24mm on a full frame, but the slight trailing makes stars more prominent.

I also noticed you snagged M81 / 82. They really are quite clear.
Thank you @davew I hadn't seen those! M101 and M51 also. Trying 'proper' landscape composition...
...cheers, Paul.

Delicate white Noctilucent Clouds over Black Nab and the wreck of the trawler Admiral von Tromp, Saltwick Bay, N. Yorkshire. About 23.10 on 5th July. Canon R8, Sigma 24mm. ISO800, f5.6, 1s. LR and PS.
Played hide and seek with the clouds. A very tidal location. Fantastic couple of hours!! Cheers, Paul.

Thank you @FenlandPaul I have updated the panorama. It was suffering from 'initial overprocessing syndrome'. The clouds have more detail now. My excuse was the 3 nights in a row of very little sleep 🤣 cheers, Paul.

Rusty crater - foreground 4 x 120s, iso1600, f4 and 2 darks. Sky 8 x 8s, f2.5, iso2500. Sky position is lower than real life.
Canon 6D MkII and R8 with Sigma 24mm f1.4. LR, Sequator and PS.
Cheers, Paul.

'people might think it's a bit odd really...' 😂 Perfectly normal behaviour!
Like others, 'Serpentine' really stands out! Great to see on a bigger screen and resolution.
Thank you for sharing the vlog along with the images. Cheers, Paul.

Is the body as light as it looks ?
The R8 is very compact and light. Seems robust enough as well. I've a tripod lens collar for the EOS - R lens adapter that works well for balance.
Hoping the R8 helps with detail in ambient foregrounds.
Cheers, Paul.
