    Beginning to regret getting into this hobby. No back garden and constant Rubbish weather so I can't even go elsewhere. :(

      Sort of. I have asked on here so I think I'm going to have to do a formal email. I just guess they have got sick of people asking.

      SGL isn't part of FLO or an extension to the FLO help desk. There is no guarantee that Steve will read any particular post on SGL.

      The only safe way is to contact them is through the help desk. I normally get an answer very quickly when I use it. Sometimes even out of hours.

      Cheers ant, I am aware of SGL isn't part of FLO but FLO normally reply to posts.

      They probably think I'm just waiting for them to come in to purchase one and not realize I've already paid for one.
