Thanks for all the feedback and advice, it was very useful. These are what I have at the moment, just want to maximise the viewing quality. I just managed to get my hand on a brand new Meade LX10, 8" which an old boy who passed away had stashed away. These are for that scope.

I’ve always wanted one, and was not able to afford them when they first came out. Guy had it listed as new and I was a bit Sceptical but lo and behold it was, both boxes were a wee bit tatty, but everything was boxed and still wrapped up in their original boxes and plastic. Hoping to try my hand at some Planetary and Lunar astrophotography.

Can anyone recommend a decent Barlow Lens, Just picked up a brand new Meade LX10 ( Yes new ) and the stock Barlow Lens is pretty naff. Many thanks
