Afocal of Orion nebula

Not a great shot but I wanted to see how it would turn out. Afocal setup using 4.5" starblast, Cannon G11 (f/2.8, Iso 3200, 6 second exposure).

Glad to see it's still possible to do deep sky without hideously expensive SLRs and CCD cameras

I used an Orion SteadyPix afocal mount. (SteadyPix Deluxe Camera Mount | Orion Telescopes)

Works pretty well but I don't have a motorized mount so it's difficult to get a 'longer' exposure (3-5 seconds) without too much star streaking.
