How high should the walls be?

Im looking at my options in my Shed / obsy.

Currently I have

14 Concrete Blocks

2100 x 2100 Decking

2 x 3.5m 50 x 50 x 3 AngleIron to make tracks for the roof to run in

8 x Nylon casters.

Now im pondering on either converting a Pent Roof Shed or making the shed from scratch. a 6 x 6 x 6 pent roof shed made from 44 x 32 frame with 12mm T&G is £339.09 delivered but will need mods.

My Dad has said he will do any carpentry I need and he is very talented in that field so in reality anything is possible.

Any ideas, or comments?

I have noticed Wood is not cheap these days ;)

Oh and yeah, how high should the walls be :) LOL almost forgot that bit

Some prefab sheds are relatively cheap, but pretty scabbily made. I don't think I'd really want to leave expensive kit in one.

I stick-built a treehouse for the kids a year ago and it probably cost about twice the price of a prefab shed, but it's made of a 3x2 frame, it has decent ship-lap walls, a solid floor and it's properly held together with nails and screws instead of cheap wire staples.

Using 3x2 for the frame might be overkill for an obsy, but the treehouse is 8' up a tree and we do get some fairly wicked winds out here. It didn't take that long once I'd built the platform, either.

I shall at some point set up an obsy here and if I can't persuade our neighbouring farmer to part with one of his old shepherds' huts, I'll probably stick-build that, too. Actually, I was thinking of putting a lower roof on the area outside the obsy that the roll-off roof moves over so I could use it as a hay store or something. I fact, if I made the roof extend beyond the walls then I could stack straw up around it and it would act as insulation too. Hmmm...
