Moon from last night

This is the only picture I got of the moon last night that is any good. Just couldn't seem to hit focus with the rest for some reason. Got this one then the camera battery ran out so had to call it a night.

Taken with the Canon at prime focus through the 8" Newt.

Agreed the moon was difficult last night, looked sharp in the eyepiece

but I had lot's of problems with focus for imaging as well

Yeah, fully charged battery tonight - got out for about half an hour and then, you guessed it, piggin' clouds are back.
