It looks more like one of those door spy-scope type things to me - but I could be wrong

I've got one of those in my toolbox - cost a quid I think. I'm going to put a Tele Vue sticker on it and stick it on at £50 I think - extremely portable, ultra-wide angle etc, etc

omg Now I don't know. I didn't know what it was and someone told me it was a miniature telescope. Will remove it until I am sure exactly waht it is
