If you build a house on pluto and have a velux window with the moon Charon in view then the moon will always show in the window. It always stays in the same position from the point of Pluto against the sky.. Must be a gravitational thing..

I did not know that so I thought you might like to know out there.

Yep, and make sure the velux is triple glazed and you have good loft insulation

I believe they may be Tidally locked, if they have a small mass and distance between them that would lead to their current relationship.

You've obviously never tried to get planning permission on Pluto.

First of all I submitted it to the Planetary council. They said it was no longer their concern and passed me on to the Lesser Planetary Council. They couldn't agree that it was their department and recommended I speak to the Dwarf Planet Advisory Bureau. When I finally got through to them they gave me a reference number, 134340, and suggested that I re-approach the Planetary Council and mention that historic rights might apply.

When I finally managed to get the planning permission form submitted, it was rejected on the grounds that somebody on Charon complained that they would be overlooked.

I hear Plutonians dont like Earthlings too much. They think we look funny and smell of burnt toast. I know when i am not wanted. I'm gonna go live on Mars instead.
