You might like to know that Phil Stone is still around and still into Astronomy stuff..

I know he's been working with Linton Guise in Bedford on moving and improving his obsy..if you search posts by Linton you'll find his posts.

I bought a lovely old AE refractor from Linton earlier this year and Phil kindly machined me a nice RAS to 1.25" eyepiece adapter.
