M27 First DSO Image Captured

Hi All,

Uploaded the wrong file in the previous post at last after a couple of years I have captured my first DSO.

C80ED-R with Atik16ic, guided with QHY5 and ST80 using PHD,

HEQ5 Pro with EQMOD.

7 subs @300 secs

This was captured from the heavily light polluted area of Crawley just south of Gatwick Airport.

All advice greatly appreciated.

If only people knew what trial and tribulations you have gone through to get that image you would get Picture of the Week for determination alone!

Flip that's way better than my first ever DSO! As the others say well done, and things will only get better (apart from the odd night where it all goes horribly wrong lol)

Again thanks for all the kind words,

MickD, the problem was that the QHY5 had problems with drivers after uninstalling and reinstalling basically they all became corrupt,Bern @MA sent me a new cd with all the drivers, and in conjuction with the new laptop sorted it out.
