Kain
Sadly no fancy pictures, I had to do it the only way I can! Not very good at this sketching lark, but hey!It was a lovely bluish green colour. It's my first comet with a telescope too!Kain

russ
Really nice Kain. Did you glimpse the tail? I convinced myself I had when using the 30mm widefield eyepiece. But probably just my imagination i reckon.Russ
Kain
Thanks guys.Russ, yep there was a sure hint of a tail, but you have to concentrate to see it, but it was there.Kain
Astroman
We observed Comet Swan Saturday night from Stone Haven through the 10". I could pretty easily see the tail, but Rosie had some trouble. It didn't look like much through the scope, rather like the Crescent Nebula-it's there, but just barely.
