This is a fantastic image, and a really nice galaxy to image. I think a real test on how well this galaxy comes out is if you can define the arms of on the barred spiral next to NGC 7331 - which you have so this is an excellent result.:mad:

Thank you guy's,

I will try one more time on this galaxy and the next time I will have a shot around 300s each exposures to see if I don't burn the heart and maybe I will get more detail on the arms !

One way to avoid burning out the core would be to do two stretches in Photoshop, one for the core and one for the arms. Then you can layer the good core onto the good arms. I have started doing this a great deal since it is easier than trying to keep both perfect in a single stretch.
