Tent heater - what do you use??

As everybody at the SGL camping trip this year commented on how minimal my tent was, you might not be surprised to hear that if I need to warm it... I put more clothes on

That was a lesson in lightweight camping !!

I thought I was lightweight until I saw you!!!

(The tent i mean..I am in no way lightweight)

When camping its a Dobermann one side and an Old English Sheepdog the other

When in the caravan its cheating but lovely and warm with the comforts from home

Double airbed. Blanket. Sheet. Double Duvet. Challenge 2.8kw fan heater with half heat setting and thermostat from Argos. Toast all night but noise is a major issue with fan heaters. Have it on low and a low thermostat so it comes on only when it needs to during the night. The trouble with camping in this country is it can get very damp inside your tent if your not careful. Keeping it dry I find very important for a comfortable camping experience. I also use another fan heater in the living area of my tent and balance the heat between lounge and bedroom areas. If you only have a small tent, then obviously, one is fine. Stay away from anything with a naked flame is my caution. Safe.
