The Celestron 102mm wide-view is essentially the Skywatcher Startravel 102 refractor with an image-erecting 8x20 finder-scope, an image-erecting 45-degree diagonal and a shoe for mounting on a photo-tripod. It also includes the usual 1.25"/2" focuser, 2x Plossl eyepieces and direct-slr-connection via a T-thread.

Just to say I'm impressed with the c102! Talk about value for money...

Just mounted it piggyback on the 12" Lx with a Baader solar filter and a Baader Continuum filter. The current sunspot group comes to focus crisply and the scope shows a lot of detail in the larger spot ( using a 7.4 Nagler!)

I think this one is a keeper.
