lunator
Martin Glad you are getting out. I'm outside at the mo. as well. It's a strange night seeing is pretty poor and the Dew is getting on everything (I am just drying my eyepieces in my jacket pocket. Buy although the sky looks hazy the level of LP is lower than usual. With direct vision I can see down too Mag5. (about mag5.5 averted) which is very rare. I was able to see the double/double as a pair with the naked eye. Never seen that from my backgarden before.Look forward too you report.CheersIan
Martin 2
Just popped back in to download 20 pics of M31 as the card was full (taken with the coolpix 4300 manualy, the plastic plumbing pipe is still working ok hehe), very clear overhead but there is a faint mist on the horizon.M2
