barkis
I'm afraid I agree about the music. The moon has a quiet serenity about it, and any musical accompaniment should reflect that IMO.However, the video is quite good, but could I suggest the Moonlight Sonata perhaps?Ron. Space Cowboy
Serenity? With all those craters beaten into the moon rock? I'd have thought a Glam rock song with a heavy beat containing the lyric "There had been many moons since I met ya" a perfect choice!

northcanadian
Very nice!If you were to do a moon mosaic, would you have to capture separate avi sequences for each segment? Thanks
Space Cowboy
Yes, each avi must be fixed on one area. Depending on how steady the tracking is..mine drifted slightly so did not do longer than 1 min per avi. A mosaic is something i plan to do in the future. At the moment i'm concentrating on Saturn. The quality on this youtube footage has been compromised by the movie maker software compressing the avi's.You can see the individual images after stacking here :Stargazers Lounge - Space Cowboy's Album: Moon
