What do I need in way of Canon DSLR

Hi Paul

Good idea to try and get a faulty camera.

You don't need autofocus, light metering or flash. As long as manual mode is working, you don't need any of the rest (macro, sports etc)

I would say mirror lock is useful but not essential, likewise you could get away with a cracked or partly working display.

Damage to the casing like the strap brackets would be no hinderance.

Alternatively Canon do have an outlet shop on ebay where you can get reconditioned cameras.

Yeah checking them out, the funny thing is people are actually paying more than you can get of the internet/high street. Why do people not research, automatically think ebay is cheap:icon_eek:

Now only if I can get one cheap
