1 of 2 ways mate, Either make a dolly that has wheels onto which you can pop your scope when you need to wheel it about and then remove it and put it on stable ground when in use.

Or you could fit wheels to the base of the dob, may require taking the base off first!! but make sure you have locking wheels and preferably the rubber type :)

Best castors are the twin wheel type although they can be hard to find, but are much more stable than the single wheel type and roll easier as the load is spread over twice as many wheels. I got mine from here. They also do a 4 screw type mounting as well as a single bolt type.
