weather forecast?

Recommended Posts

It's much better to by the satellite images of the clouds than the weather forecast which is quite often wrong. If you check around mid afternoon on the day you would like to observe you can get a feel for if there is cloud moving your way. After a while you can soon pick up the knack of estimating the clouds direction and speed. The sites most used by people on here are Sat24 and the Metoffice.

The BBC is a waste of time, they will always err on the side of caution and fantasy.

Netweather is a lot more consistent and the local forecasts are pretty good.

As already said SAT24 is probably the most used site on this forum, after a few days of watching the satellite video's you soon get a knack of predicting those clear slots.
