Meade Series 4000 eyepieces

Hi all,

Has anyone used the Meade Series 4000 8.8mm UWA or 32mm SWA on a fast scopes like my 10" f5 Dob'? 

I have a Meade Series 4000 13.8mm SWA and am pleased with it.  I am thinking ... if the other two are as good and I come across them secondhand, all three might make a nice parfocal set.

Hi Steve,

I've only ever used the standard 4000 plossls but heard great things about the UWA and SWA. They come up on Ebay quite a lot at the moment with a few people from the states importing them in. Still go for £100+, even on Ebay.

Sorry Steve I can not add to this either. I have 2 Series 4000 (standard) a 6.3 & 26. Both really nice EP's.
