same problem here Mick, I wanted to get out to explore Pegasus and Andromeda, and to have a look at the double cluster, but there's just a heavy orange mass of stratus hanging over Cardiff.

Eurgh.

At least I can get on with some studying.

Well I gave up and watched Underworld: Rise of the Lycans on HD. I must say a fantastic film.

I'm still waiting for first light with my new C80ED, had it 3 days and had nowt but cloud.

Well at least the cloud decided to hang out over the uk during full moon weekend. Not usually the case.

Well, I got home last night, clear skys, ahah I thought time for first go with my OAG. Wheeled stuff from garage, aligned system, went for computer, 9/10 cloud on return! Waited half hour, no change, gave up in disgust and put everything back to bed. 1.5 hours later, cloudless, even though sat24 showed vertually continuous cover. Arghhh!
