Jupiter, GRS and Io shadow

Was gifted with 15mins of viewing pleasure last night, also manged to cram in two very quick AVI's. Sadly the clouds ruined the party just as i was hooking up the barlow for what i reckon would have one of my best Jupiter images ever. But now we'll never know :)

Despite the lack of any barlow, just the Toucam straight into the Eclipse, i'm pretty chuffed with the result. A mere 200 frame AVI as well. The Mak is showing some serious promise.

So here's it is.....rather small, lacking frames (only 119 used to stack) and a tad bright.

What aperture is the Eclipse?

It's the Mak 6. Direct competitor to the Skymax 150. 152mm f12.5 and it seems pretty good. Hopefully i may get another shot tonight :?

Looking great for the Eclipse matey!!

Certainly is and looking good for tonight, how are you fixed?
