Hello, may sound like a strange question but im trying to find away of attaching a socket to my conctete pier without drilling holes in it,

The pier is a plastic tube filed with concrete, cable ties wont be strong enough so what other options are out there? want to keep everyting neat and tidy

Just drill right through into the concrete, and use rawl plugs.

My pier is HP Water pipe which is 26mm thick, therefore it drills and taps easily. If yours is not the thick stuff, then you must go into the concrete to be safe.

I'm not telling you how to do the job, but don't forget the earth is essential, and make sure no other device has a 13Amp Plug on it.

I know I know, but I just have your safety in mind.:)

Ron.
