Jupiter and Io, July 13th

I've not finished the processing on this one yet but I'm also going to be a bit short on time this week so this is as far as I've got with it. Jupiter from the morning of the 13th. Lots of disturbance in the NEB still visible and Oval BA just on the limb. The moon is Io and this was taken after its shadow transit. I've got some more AVI's to process which show the transit but they're even further down the processing list.

That's really beautiful! Seeing pictures like this really inspires me - I want to be able to do the same (one day). What sort of equipment did u use to take such a fabulous picture?

Camkorn - the details are on the bottom of the image - a Celestron 14" SCT and a Lumenera SKYnyx 2-0M camera using imaging filters.
