New Scope

I just pick up my new scope today, a Nexstar 5, and chuffed to bits with it. Got it off Mark at Beaufort (thanks for all ya help)

Just got to wait for clear skys now!

Lovely scope the Nexstar 5 - I had one for a while and it packs a lot of performance into a small portable package

Have a look at M13 with it - you may get a suprise how well it does resolving the stars in the globular cluster as I did.

Get an f/6.3 focal reducer and a 32mm plossl eyepiece and it does pretty well on wide field as well.
