New-to-me grab and go

This is a nice, light, very quick to deploy but capable outfit. Tele Vue 85 on an AZ-4 mount. With thanks to previous owners @Chaz2b and @dweller25 for such well looked after kit 😀

Very brief first light this evening due to fast encroaching heavy clouds but very promising views of Epsilon Lyrae and Delta Cygni. Like all good refractors, the "2x the diameter in mm" max magnification guideline was almost immediately exceeded by quite a margin 👍

Lovely scope John. ‘Heirloom quality’ is the phrase that most applies - but unlike most heirloom items which are usually hidden away, it begs to be used as often as possible.
