Virtual Reticle Software ?

Does anyone know of a Virtual Reticle Software? I need to drag and place this on top of my webcam capture programs, for drift alignment, backslash correction etc.

This doesn't answer your question, but K3CCD has a reticle overlay built in, it's one of the button along the top.

Sorry I should have been more specific. I am using IC capture. It does not have a reticle built in. Hence I'd like an external reticle program, which I can just drag and place over the IC capture window. I have heard someone mention about this, but just cant locate it googling. Any pointers?

Andy's Shot Glass.....Star Targ program is what i use.

Draggable, rotatable crosshairs that will pop up on top of everything on your desktop. Excellent aid for performing a drift alignment if you have a CCD camera capable of placing a live image on your computer desktop.
