Hi all,

Not so good conditions today either, but I decided to give it a go mainly because I wanted to try increasing the gain in order to reduce the exposure time and also improve my focus by using Sharpcap's focusing aid. I think both approaches paid off:

 

The gear:

• Sky-Watcher Skymax 180 PRO
• RB Focus Merlin 3.0
• ZWO 5x1.25" Electronic Filter Wheel
• Baader Bessel U-Filter
• Risingcam GPCMOS02000KMA
• Sky-Watcher HEQ5

The software:

• CdC
• Sharpcap
• ToupSky 
• Autostakkert 
• RegiStax 
• The Gimp
