synscan synscan pro windows white screen

so i installed the ascom drivers and synscan app on my laptop but when i open the synscan app it just sits on a white screen even when connected to my mount anyone know why and how to fix?

I have the same issue. I just open the exe and get a white screen. Annoying.

A quick google and it seems an update was released on 4th April link here

Not for me unfortunately
