Budget eyepieces

I’m looking for new eyepieces for my dob 200p to replace the supplied ones . Any recommendations that won’t break the bank ?

What do you see the problems/limiations of the eyepieces?
What do you hope the new eyepieces will provide to justify the spend?

It's quite appropriate as that was also in a credit crunch period and the same eyepieces are still being recommended today (I still have mine).
