A3 LED Flat panel

I have been seeing LED  Flat panel from as little as £16, and I was wondering if these would be suitable for an 8" Newt to do flats with.

I use one on my 10 inch Newtonian and seems to ok but even at low brightness it’s still too bright so I put sheets of a3 paper on it  to dim it down some more

Yes I use a cheap A3 panel, works perfectly.  I use a piece of opal white A3 acrylic 3mm board to diffuse it a little.  It’s adjustable brightness so I haven’t had an issues with it being too bright.

Yip,I use the same,A4, which is adjustable and cover with some printer paper.

Ok thanks, at least I will be able to do planetary and DS in one session if need arises.
