Pegasus focus cube

Hello folks just wondering if anyone here has had probs with the pegasus focus cube v2? 

Mine is brand new and as such is unused, save for setting up the focus which was curtailed by cloud. The next time it was used was to continue where we left off however when we tried the second time the graph for focus was all over the place. We then found that although it was showing on the pc to be working in actual fact the motor was not rotating the course focus Shaft on my WO GT 71, you can hear the motor working but the spindle does not rotate. It has been returned I am awaiting word on the problem. Has anyone any recommendations for a replacement focuser, as coupled with the dreaded clouds and lack of a usable focuser I find myself in limbo so to speak. A bit disappointed to say the least.
