Saturn from 10.10.2022 in decent seeing

I was surprised to see how decent this image was on the night, considering it was already on the way down when i imaged it.

Probably my best of the year i think, it boded well for Jupiter later in the evening......hopefully 🙂 

300 seconds captured, stacked 20%.  C9.25, Asi224mc, ADC, X1.8 Barlow.

Took me by complete surprise. I imaged it earlier between the gap in the conifer trees, slightly higher at that time and it wasn't anything special.

I like how the shadow has moved on already from behind Saturn to the side 2 months after opposition.
