In case anyone is interested the 'Apollo Remastered' 456 page book is released on 1st September from the usual places ...

I remember when I was at infant school in the late 60's you could collect the labels from spaghetti hoop tins (C&B I think?) and send them in to receive large poster size photographs of what I think may have been Apollo 8 or 10? Hoping they are in the book as I used to have those on my wall and was looking for reprints

The other poster mentioned was a wide angle shot of the astronauts in the command module with a white oxygen umbilical in the foreground (for some reason its the one I remember the most)

I just saw on the BAA Forum that Amazon is selling this book at £49.99 (cf the regular £60)

I tried to order through our local bookshop, but it's out of stock, though it is being reprinted. 

I'm hoping to be able to get the author to come to our Astro Group sometime to talk to us about the book.  He's fairly local to us, so it's a possibility.

If you're a fan of NASA and all things Apollo then just order this wherever you can find one , it's a masterpiece ... 👌
