Well this was like getting blood out a stone. I had L 90 mins and rgb 30 mins each, binned. It is very faint in the outer parts and might benefit from Ha. Has anyone tried that? It is, I read, full of starbirth regions so it might work.

I will do some final tickling up after the Ha experiments so it is a bit rough as it stands.

Hi Rob, I think you'll enjoy it. I'm going to go back to it for loads more Luminance and then some Ha. There is a really noisy area below that uppermost tenuous spiral arm and it will take a long time. I was a bit downcast by the project but looking around the net I see that it's an elusive thing for everyone so I'll have a good crack at it.
