Samyang 135mm T2.2 vs f2, are they the same lens?

I’m looking to purchase a used Samyang 135mm lens and I have come across one designated T2.2 rather then f2 which I understand is a measure of the light transmittance of the lens taking into account losses through the elements.

Is this an f2 lens and as such would be suitable for imaging? It’s not a Canon mount but that isn’t a problem for me.

Thanks

Indeed, I have 85mm T1.5 which is cine version of 85mm F/1.4

De-clicked aperture ring that is a bit light for my liking, but I've found that front aperture mask is better solution for stopping down the lens as blades produce diffraction spikes on stars.

As the comments above. The only thing to consider if its not Canon or a Nikon mount is if it has enough back focus especially if it was designed for any of the mirrorless cameras.
