It's being reported that the JWST will launch 'no earlier' than October the 31st 2021.

$10b, multiple delays so it had better be right 1st time!

The review was carried out by Arianespace, the Webb launch service provider, confirming that Ariane 5, the spacecraft and the flight plan are set for launch.

It also specifically provides the final confirmation that all aspects of the launch vehicle and spacecraft are fully compatible, something that led to earlier delays.

In a world where even the delivery of a piece of wood is heavily delayed, the James Webb will launch?  I hope its not a cryptic message like:  “I will give each SGL member £1000,- but not earlier then next Monday”.
I hope they make it happen this year😍

My worry of the JWST is that eventually it will be decided to launch and be damned. If I were any insurance company - and that includes Lloyds - I wouldn't consider any form of cover under any condition.
