Transporting my scope

Finally found a good dark sky site about an hours drive. Would be taking my 10” skywatcher dob (collapsible truss tube) . There are a couple of miles of somewhat bumpy gravel roads on the way. I would keep it in my Orion case which is padded and make sure it is secured in during the drive and probably also surround it with some thick foam padding as well . Other than the bumps and vibrations messing up the collimation (which I can deal with) do I have to worry about any problems with the optics after such a ride? Most of the ride is smooth but again a mile or 2 at the end with potholes, gravel, bumps. Never done this before so just wanted to check in for advice. Thanks!

I used to travel with my 10" Dob before I moved to the countryside and I used an old duvet to wrap around the tube...The optics were fine every time
