2.1mm breakout box??? is there one

Hi all just wondered if anyone could recommend a reasonably priced breakout box ie 12vdc supply in with 4/6 2.1mm outputs,i dont need the box to convert to 12vdc just split it thanks

do you need an actual box or splitter cable - plenty of those on ebay - 4, 6 or 8 way.

well splitter cable arrived and fitted suspect it might be better than a box??  not having to mount anything

Just a heads up - put insulation tape over any sockets that are not being used - its really easy to accidentally short unused sockets which will really spoil your evening!!! 😉

PS - if you decide you want a box I will happily make you one for just the cost of the parts and postage. I rewire the 12v systems on boats for a living so I have a rough idea what I am doing! 😉

thanks for that Billy ,must say when i left the spare plugs hanging i did think "is there any  socket available to isolate these,probably a bit of heat shrink?

you can probably get some little silicon caps of the type used to cover the end of bolts tho heatshrink will do the job just fine too.
