Focus motor for guide and imaging OTAs, filter wheel with LRGBHaOIISIII, guide scope, power box and cooled camera.

Please tell me that there is nothing else

What about an observatory with remote sensing so you can program it up to do an imaging run if the sky conditions warrant it and close up automatically if they deteriorate?
