Replacement item arrived today. 👍🏻

How would I rate the performance of UPS?

Driver - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service - 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

UPS overall - ⭐️⭐️⭐️

When there are no problems UPS do a decent job but when things go wrong their customer service is dreadful. No help at all.
